Who We Are
Spectrum of Grace Academy is a therapeutic microschool designed to support children in kindergarten through fourth grade, approximately ages 5 through 11, within a structured and supportive learning environment. Operating alongside Spectrum of Grace ABA Therapy, the academy is designed for children who benefit from individualized attention, small class sizes, behavioral support, and a learning environment that prioritizes both academic and developmental growth.
The academy provides a full-day microschool program from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM that combines academics, social development, emotional regulation, communication, independence, and school-readiness skills in a setting intentionally designed to meet the unique needs of each learner.

Our
Story
Educational Philosophy
Spectrum of Grace Academy believes that every child is capable of learning, growing, and succeeding when provided with the appropriate environment, support, and individualized instruction. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that education should address not only academic achievement, but also communication, emotional development, independence, social skills, and overall quality of life.
We recognize that many children thrive in smaller, structured learning environments where instruction can be adapted to their individual strengths and needs. As a microschool, Spectrum of Grace Academy intentionally maintains small classroom sizes to allow for meaningful relationships, individualized support, and increased opportunities for engagement and success.
Our educational approach incorporates evidence-based teaching practices, positive behavior supports, structured routines, visual supports, hands-on learning, and individualized instruction designed to promote confidence and functional skill development. We prioritize creating a predictable and supportive environment where students can safely take risks, build independence, and develop a positive relationship with learning.
Spectrum of Grace Academy values collaboration between educators, therapists, and families to ensure consistency across environments and to support each child’s long-term development. We believe learning should be meaningful, functional, and connected to real-life experiences that prepare students for greater independence within school, home, and community settings.
Above all, we believe children learn best when they feel emotionally safe, respected, encouraged, and genuinely understood. Our goal is to help each student develop the academic, social, behavioral, and adaptive skills necessary to reach their fullest potential while fostering a lifelong love of learning.
